FAQ

1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days and then sent via your chosen delivery option at checkout. Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 working days. (Delivery times may vary during busy periods).

 

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free UK shipping on orders over £20.

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. If you’re overseas and would like to order, please contact us at hello@bojanglesgifts.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

 

4. Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and not personalised/custom made. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

 

5. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

6. Can I exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at hello@bojanglesgifts.co.uk.

 

7. Do you sell personalised gifts?

Sorry, not yet!

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options offered at checkout through WIX.

 

9. How will I know my order has been confirmed?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase has been placed, and another email once your order has been dispatched.
