Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Personalized, custom-made, or perishable gift items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different product of equal value (subject to availability).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
