We currently deliver to the UK only.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD).
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product.
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
